Debbie does - Beenies

The bobbled lumo coloured beenie hat is the must have accessory here in Courchevel this season. An extremely nasty experience that occurred this week involving the lending and almost losing of a such like beenie, gave me a true appreciation of how much I am in love with my perfectly formed (in every single possible way) beenie hat.
I truly believe that there is ëthe oneí beenie for each and every one of us with which one finds a feeling of deep and natural affinity. The key compatibility elements to look out for are; head size (thereís nothing worse than a tiny hat), materiality (an itchy forehead is a total killer), shade (the brighter the better) and most importantly coziness. Once selected do not underestimate the role that ëthe oneí can play in your season. Its main duty is protection, shielding you from those bitter chairlift winds and guarding off bad hair days. Its other key role is that of recognition as ones beenie becomes as distinctive as hair, body and face.
If you are yet to find ëthe oneí do not despair as the saying goes there are plenty more fish in the sea and when you see it youíll know. If you are lucky enough to have found that special something congratulations and please look after each other.
