Due to very high snowfalls and very weak snowpack the alps have become a very avalanche prone area.
Courchevel added itself to the list of resorts including Chamonix and Val dÃIsere to have avalanche related fatalities. Earlier this week Tim was caught in a fatal avalanche while skiing over in 1650.
He will be greatly missed by everyone in the resort of
Courchevel to which not only was he the door man for the
Kalico but a close friend of all the workers.
As a sign of respect on my behalf I would like to dedicate this issue to his memory, where every he is now.
