Trouble at the top.

After a couple of weeks of grace reporting on various events it's time to catch up with the goings on of Skival resort manager, Dave. Most recently Dave had his collar felt in what I am calling Dave fought the law and the law went and got reinforcements.
It all started when a municipal policeman took offence to the parking of the Skival car outside the ISBA. As he started to write a ticket Dave began to move the vehicle but was blocked in by the cops tow truck. What followed was a heated exchange of French English words and the tossing of the parking ticket in the general direction of the French traffic warden. Not satisfied they returned later with the Gendarmes who were far more calm about the matter and, much to the disappointment of many of the staff, didn't take him off in handcuffs for a night in the cells.
A few weeks before that it looked like the ISBA was hosting a chav convention (not that theres anything wrong with that). Now I don't know if it was the fake Burberry or the tracksuits but Dave's customer servicing skills were focused on one of the more mature female members of the group, a CMILF by any modern terminology. I would never want to be as callous to call someone a chav melon farmer (as the film censors would say) without evidence. Whether she had actually given birth is purely semantics.
