Last weeks in our celebration of the Russian pasttime, Hoes Biatches Blingers night didn't so much go off with a bang but with a whimper. With the exception of the hotel Olympic girls and L'equipe kitchen crew absolutely
nobody made an effort (not even the TJÃs & Gringos bar staff). As they say excuses are like arseholes 'everyone has one' and boy there were a lot of them. Everything from ADD to washing their hair. I just hope more people
make the effort for Bad Taste night on Tuesday week (23rd). No doubt all the ski companies who have their day off on Thursday will complain that they have to work the day after and not bother. Everyone else will complain that the subject is ambiguous and couldn't work out what to dress up as. If you look at the enquirer website and browse through the photo archive you will see what people were doing in seasons past.

Anyone who is not working this Tuesday night at 8pm should come along to the seasonnaires Ballon Ballai tournament at the Forum ice rink. Teams of 5 (with two girls) take part in this version of ice hockey. Skates are replaced by normal shoes, sticks are replaced by brooms and the puck is replaced by a football.
