Well I donÃt know about you but IÃm exhausted.
Since the lifts opened 2 weeks ago I have only been skiing once. Barely a day has gone by without someones computer/ broadband going wrong.
But looking at the big picture this pales into insignificance when compared to anyone who is going to be cooking there first christmas dinner for their guests. Even though IÃm sure everything will go well no amount of money would get me to spend the day trying to do battle with a large turkey and a small oven.
In essence itÃs just a large roast dinner but IÃve been told itÃs all about the timing. On one hand not giving your guests a nasty case of seasonal salmonella or soggy brussel sprouts on the other and finally not burning down the chalet with an over enthusiastic flaming christmas pudding.
