Courchevel dominates Natives race

This Thursday saw the second part of the Natives boarder/skier cross competition take part over in the park above Motteret. Despite the, what can only be described as, absolutely balticly cold weather, which was briefly interrupted by an only slightly less baltic sunny period only to be followed by an even more baltic snowy ending it resulted in Courchevel winning three out of the four categories. Louis(Surefoot) set the fastest qualifying time with an impressive 1.07 and held off the advances of Buck(Slidecandy) to win the male skier category. Sally(Magic in Motion) did the same in the woman’s section beating up and coming racer Alex Bucnanan. Gareth(Scott Dunn) completed the tri-fector by (easily) winning the male boarder section.

Each of them walked away with a selection of Westbeach items, Forcefield bodyarmour, Slidecandy hoodies, RK beanies, Profeet bags and Ski Club of GB goody bags.
